Randi Jo embarked on her journey in radio advertising sales back in 2009, discovering an innate talent for production and a genuine passion for discussing marketing strategies with business owners. Over her 7-year tenure, she observed a significant decline in the perceived effectiveness of the medium, prompting her to embrace creativity and delve deeper into strategic planning to achieve success for her clients. Transitioning briefly into print media, Randi Jo encountered similar challenges but remained undeterred. As Plato aptly put it, “Our need will be the real creator,” a sentiment that fueled her drive to adapt and innovate.

In 2018, Randi Jo joined Edmunds, where she excelled in her market for four consecutive years. Delving into tools like Google Analytics, she found herself drawn to data analysis, finding fascination in deciphering trends and evaluating the efficacy of various marketing mediums. This proficiency positioned her as a trusted digital consultant for numerous dealers across Alabama and Georgia. Following persistent requests from a special client, she eventually took the leap to manage their marketing, rapidly expanding her client base and founding Simply Data Marketing & Analytics in February 2022.

Maintaining all current certifications in META, Google Ads, and Google Analytics, Randi Jo embodies a spirit of lifelong learning and relentless pursuit of her dreams.

Dionne Walker comes to us with a vast amount of sales and leadership experience. Her most recent experience is with Georgia Power where she executed the role of Lighting Sales Manager. Previously, she was with Edmunds, where she led a fast-paced sales team, encompassing 5 states throughout the Southeast region. Prior to her Regional Sales Director role, Dionne had a very successful sales career in various other sales roles, expanding over 18 years. Dionne also has experience as a Corporate Trainer, Product Specialist, Account Executive, and Manager of Enterprise Accounts, and she has excelled in each role. She is a leader in Diversity, co-founding and leading the People of Color & Allies Employee Resource Group with her former company.

Dionne obtained her bachelor’s degree in business at Wright State University and her M.B.A. from the University of Phoenix, in Dayton Ohio. Dionne relocated to Georgia in 2006, to continue her career aspirations. In the community, Dionne is a member of the National Sales Network (NSN) and WOCAN, Women of Color in Automotive.

 Ansley and Hannah. Joanie has been married for 5 years to her husband, Justin, and has enjoyed a career as a Certified pharmacy technician for 21 years. She currently lives in Alexander City. Joanie enjoys a good book on the beach anytime of the year, a good concert with friends any day of the week, and her positive outlook keeps her excited about where this life will take her next!

Michael is a Marine Corps Veteran and graduate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB). Go Blazers! He works in the field of Nuclear Medicine, is Google Ad Certified, and has a passion for learning anything new. Michael is a homebody who enjoys video games, history, football, and mastering his home barista skills. Michael resides in Birmingham with his wife, Cat, and German Shepherd/Husky, Leo.

With a background in graphic design, Shannon began her journey in the automotive industry as an Internet Manager at a large dealership. This path led her to join a marketing agency that specialized in generating social leads for automotive dealerships. Part of her role there was to provide comprehensive training to dealers so they could manage their organic and paid social media efforts in-house. Through this, she was given the opportunity to become well-versed in the intricacies of social media marketing.
